MARTIN, Violet It is with deep sadness that we, the family announce the passing of our Sweet Wife, Mother, Aunty and Grandmother, Violet F. Martin on September 27, 2015. Violet was born September 23, 1934 in Patricia Alberta to High and Evelyn Zeer. She grew up in Calgary and Married Buddy Martin May 16, 1964. Violet leaves to mourn her passing her husband Bud and their 3 children: Marianne, Curtis (Samantha), Deanna (Duane) and 3 grandchildren; Jake, Joel and Emily. She is survived by 4 brothers, Louie (Carole), Dick (Anne), Chuck (Casey) and Highly, and sister Margie (Ted). Everyone who knew Vi knew she loved her family, all of their many many friends and life to the fullest. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations can be made to the Palliative Care at Westview Community Care in Linden, Alberta. A celebration of life will be held in her honor at the Acme Community Center, Acme, Alberta on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 2:00pm with lunch to follow.
