Monte Carl Riggins was born May 31, 1943 and passed away March 12, 2017. Monte was born in Stettler Alberta, to Mary & Ellis Riggins. He passed away peacefully at his home in Delburne, Alberta. Monte will be sadly missed but never forgotten by his family and friends. Monte is survived by his children, son Dean Riggins of Red Deer, AB; daughter Carol (Gord) Riggins of Black Creek, BC; daughter Luella & Cody Cardinal of Delburne, AB; and son Randy Riggins of Red Deer, AB. Also seven grandchildren, seven sisters, and one brother. He was predeceased by his Mother & Father, and brother Donald. The family would like to invite you to a tea in Monte's memory. The tea will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 1pm - 4pm at the Delburne Community Hall.
