It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Esther Watson on November 9th, 2024, surrounded by family at 91 years old.

Mary was born on June 5, 1933, and raised on the family farm in Luseland, Saskatchewan. She met the love of her life, David Watson, and together they raised five beautiful children on their homestead east of Three Hills.

Mary was known for her strong will, hardworking attitude, and unwavering love and support for her family, friends, church, and community.

She was predeceased by her husband, David Watson. Mary is survived by her children and their families: Judith Watson, Keith Watson, Darlene McGurk (husband Steve; grandchildren Raelyn [Colton Oaks], Allen, David, and Pearl), Gerald Watson (wife Kathy), and Trevor Watson (wife Kaylea).

Mary is also survived by her siblings: David Patterson (Lois), Sarah Cave (Morris), Art Bozzard (Lisa), Tom Bozzard (Sharon), Ray Bozzard (Diane), Paul Patterson (Sheryl), and Ruth TreKans (Alfredo).

She was predeceased by her siblings: Mark Patterson, Rupert Patterson (Ann), Gordon Patterson (survived by Peggy), Charlie Patterson (survived by Edith), Margaret Hazel Patterson (Stan), and Joyce Reid.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Three Hills Hospital for the amazing care Mary received during her short stay.

Mom is now safe in the arms of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

In accordance with Mary and her family's wishes, a private graveside service will be held.
