Lucille Taylor April 3, 1930 - March 1, 2018 Lucille Taylor was born April 3, 1930 to Bill and Ada Collinge at Didsbury, Alberta. She passed away March 1, 2018 at the age of 87 years. She married Art Taylor on October 19, 1949. They lived the first 16 years on their farm at Linden. In 1965, they moved to their farm at Acme where they lived until moving to the Linden Lodge. They had five children: daughter Maxine (Laverne) Piepke and their children Kathy (Hans) Philipsen, Bryan (Nancy) Piepke, Todd (Jayme) Piepke. Son Bill (Jeanne) Taylor and their children Trisha (Jason) Jaskela, Terralee (Jared) Penner, Michael (Krystal) Taylor. Daughter Betti Wallz and her children Kim (Damen) Duczek, Cody Dalsin, Kady (Kyle) Tarrant, Kitt Dalsin, Kelly Dalsin, Conrad (Kyla) Dalsin. Daughter Valerie (Paul) Bryant and grandson Danny Bryant. Daughter Kathleen (Greg) Bates and grandchildren Ryan (Reese) McCusker, Tyler (Erika) McCusker, Taylor McCusker, Stephanie (Bobby) Martin. She had 2 great grandchildren with 2 more on the way. Also survived by Brian McCusker, brother Wayne (Helen) Collinge, sister Muriel (Doug) and sister -in-law Irene Collinge. Lucille is predeceased by husband Art, daughter Valerie and great grandson Cohyn Jaskela. Lucille was very acitve in the Anglican Church, Royal Purple, Prairie Rose Rebekah Lodge, Acme Seniors, Acme Legion, Acme Riding Club, Home Care, Sewing Circle, Grace Guild and Acme Curling Club. Lucilles favorite pastime was playing cards. She enjoyed her gardening farm life and most of all her family. Our family would like to thank the people at the Linden Lodge and the Three Hills Hospital for all their support and kindness given to Mom. Memorial donations may be made to Acme Seniors Centre.
