Lavina went to join her Lord and Savior on June 5, 2022, just 5 days short of her 96th birthday. She was predeceased by her parents, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, 3 grandchildren and 2 sons-in-law. Mom was born on June 10, 1926, in her parents home near Swalwell, Alberta. As a youth of 15 years she gave her heart to the Lord. Her life was enhanced when she met Bert Enns. They were united in marriage in July of 1946 at Linden, Alberta. They celebrated 75 years of marriage and 9 children blessed this union. As a young girl, in addition to household chores, she helped with much of the farm operations. She accepted the challenge of becoming a homemaker and mother. Her hard work in many areas helped to support the family. She was artistic and very creative and passed this on to her family. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Albert Enns and children: Shirley Linderman; Sharon Dunbar; Bonnie Enns; Viola Wohlgemuth; Brenda Toews; Gil (Amy) Enns; Ken (Angie) Enns; Ronnie Enns; Micheal Enns; 15 Grandchildren; 32 Great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sister Josie Regehr, 2 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law and his wife, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. The last few years of moms life were spent at Westview Care Community at Linden, Alberta. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the exceptional care she received from the nurses and staff.
