Kyle James Regehr was born to Paul and Wilma (Isaac) Regehr on June 24th, 1986, in Saskatoon, SK. He gained his wings when God called him home on October 26, 2023, at the age of 37. Death was caused by pneumonia.

Kyle was born with cerebral palsy and we as a family included him in as many activities as we could. He loved the outdoors: a ride in the tire swing; a walk down the road; a ride behind the bike; lying on the fresh straw, with baby chicks scrambling over him; bouncing on the trampoline; and riding with Dad on the tractor. Swimming was also a favorite.

Kyle could express his love with a look, with a smile, with a giggle. Love is much deeper than words. He communicated his needs by crying or fussing, because he knew his family would come and help him.

We want to give our heartfelt thanks to all those who helped with Kyle's therapy and his years of schooling. In 2003, we felt that Kyle needed more care than we could give. We moved to Bow Island, AB where we found wonderful care for Kyle at the Alfred Egan Home. A special thanks to these kindhearted people.

He is now running free and singing with the angel choir.

Those left with precious memories are: his parents, Paul and Wilma of Bow Island; siblings Chad and Marla of Alix, AB, Rena of Alix, AB, and Jennifer of Centreville, NB; niece Shayanda; and nephews Desmund, Riley and Kealen of Alix, AB; and paternal grandmother Josie Regehr of Linden, AB; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Those to welcome him Home are three grandparents, an aunt, and a few uncles and cousins.
