Harvie was born November 30, 1949 in Innisfail, AB. He passed away February 22, 2023 in Edmonton, AB at the age of 73.

Harvie called many places home including Innisfail, Bowden, Acme, Drumheller and Red Deer.

He has many friends in the Red Deer Community. He resided there for the past 35 years in 3 different group homes. Harvie was on several committees for the mentally handicapped living in Red Deer and volunteered for many charitable organizations.

He loved hockey and was a goalkeeper for the Red Deer Vipers hockey team. He was also an avid bowler.

Harvie is survived by 2 older brothers Gordon (Joanne) of Sundre, AB and Fred (Heather) of Olds, AB.

He is predeceased by: Parents Solomon of Olds, AB and Ruth of Acme, AB; older Sister Cora of Fort St. John, BC; younger Sister Irma of Faro, YT; and Nephew Rick of Edmonton, AB.

 A private Interment Service will be held.
