IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Gregory James
Keffer
March 11, 1962 – March 8, 2024
Gregory James Keffer was born on March 11, 1962, to parents David and Helen Keffer in Calgary, Alberta. He was the oldest of three children and, as he would say, the favourite.
From a young age, Greg showed a remarkable mechanical aptitude, able to fix anything he set his mind to. He embraced hard work early on, starting employment at a young age. His passion for driving emerged early as well, and he firmly believed that if it didn't have a motor, it wasn't worth being on. This passion eventually led him to truck driving and a deep affection for fuel and the care of independent retailers.
Greg lived life by his own rules, characterized by his impulsive nature. Once he set his mind on something, little could sway him. His favourite place was Arrow Lakes, where he cherished his time on a boat, a place he frequented in recent years.
He will be remembered and deeply missed by: his spouse Brandi Morgan of Chestermere; stepdaughter Sherri & Darren Shaw, Connor and Owen; daughter Daina Keffer & Chris Neyrinck, grandchildren Zayden and Zakaiyah of Prince George; son Tyler Keffer of Medicine Hat; stepdaughter Tayla Morgan of Calgary; daughters Cassidy Keffer of Nakusp BC, and Shaylyne Keffer of Prince George, son Austin Keffer of Burton; mom Helen Keffer of Calgary; brother Bruce & Carol Keffer of Calgary; and sister Lisa Keffer of Calgary. He was predeceased by his dad Dave.
