We say good-bye to (Stanley) Grant Elliott of Swalwell, AB. It is with sadness that we recognize that while he lost a battle to cancer, we are happy that he won at living 75 challenging years. We wish him well as he begins a new unknown journey on the other side. Grant was born in Calgary and brought to Swalwell by his parents Kay and Harv Elliott. Very few can say that they have lived in the same house their entire life. He loved his farm and shop. In addition to farming, he flew a much as possible. In retirement, he loved RC flying at home and Mesa, AZ. He will be missed by his wife, Shirley, daughter, Anne-Marie and her partner Mitch Arsenault. While our rock has passed, we remain committed to his wish that "We get it right!".
