It is with incredible sadness that we announce the tragic passing of a son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Daniel McNeil in his 56th year. Dan, loving son of Roderick Sr. (predeceased) and Connie McNeil (Kevin McGowen) was killed in a trucking accident near Dawson Creek, BC, where his truck went off the road and embankment taking his life unexpectantly. Dan loved driving the Canadian North, his horses, animals, his family and friends. He was a class A mechanic by trade, but wanderlust for adventure,and seeing this beautiful country kept him on the road. He died doing what he loved to do. Dan is predeceased by his wife Flora. He leaves behind his children, Caitlin (Nathan) and Tristan; his grandchildren Piper, Libberty, Micheala, and Lochlain; his sister Darlene (Roger), Rod Jr. (Jennifer), and Jon. Dan will be missed and fondly remembered by family and friends. He will forever be in our hearts, until we meet again, Danny, Rest in Peace.
