Our Mother and Grandmother Beulah Isaac, was born to Walter and Anna Unruh on August 3, 1928, at home. Her last breath was taken at Westview Care Community October 4, 2023, at the age of 95.

Mom was raised on the family farm with 5 brothers and 2 sisters. She attended Fertile Valley School where she received her basic education. Mom gave her heart to God and was baptized, becoming a member of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, in 1941. The church was very dear to Mom and she remained faithful to the end.

Mom graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1960. She loved her nursing career. She was director of Nursing at the Linden Nursing Home for many years.

Beulah married our Dad, Noah Isaac, October 17, 1982, becoming a loving companion, mother and grandmother. She loved her flowers and garden. Mom was a faithful homemaker and shared her gift of hospitality with all who entered her home.

Mom enjoyed traveling with her parents and later together with Dad. Mom enjoyed reading reports, letters and the Messenger of Truth. She enjoyed listening to gospel songs. Mom faithfully wrote letters to many missionaries. As her health declined, her phone calls and birthday cards were noticeably missed. Her "Unruh" nieces and nephews were a very important part of her life.

A few years after Dad passed, Mom moved to Westview Care Community. We are very thankful for the loving care she received there.

Mom will be missed by her children: Verna and Allen Barkman, Brandon, MB; Fred and Marilyn Wiebe, Delisle, SK; Howard Isaac, Ponoka, AB; Dale Isaac, Stettler, AB; Ron and Ramona Isaac, Linden, AB; Karen Goossen, Armstrong BC; Keith Goossen, Salmon Arm, BC; Raynette and Darren, Castlegar, BC. Her extended family: sister Joanne Esau; 3 sisters-in-law, Helen Unruh, Margaret Fehr, Matilda and William Wohlgemuth, 22 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, her parents, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters.
