It is with deep sadness, we announce the passing of Bernie Milan, on January 28, 2024, at the age of 71.

Bernie, a lifelong resident of Three Hills, was a pillar of strength in his family.

A devoted husband to Donna, he was a partner in both love and business. Bernie established his company: B.E. Milan Excavating and Corral Cleaning in 1977 and continued to serve his loyal customers until this fall.

Together, they raised four children. Bernie was predeceased by his eldest daughter, Ashley in 1997.

Bernie leaves behind to mourn: his wife, Donna; daughters, Haley (Craig) Hewlett and Jamie (Peter) deGier; son, Matt; seven grandchildren, James, Jack and Anna Hewlett, Maria, Eva, Ben and Cole deGier; his siblings; and many nieces and nephews.

Bernie's quick wit, generous spirit and easy conversation will forever leave a legacy to those who loved and knew him.
